Matt Gaudio Named CEO of Tusker, a Fast-Growing National IT Solutions Provider

CHICAGO (October 6, 2026) – Tusker, a mid-market IT solutions and services provider with an expanding national presence, today announced the appointment of company executive Matt Gaudio as Chief Executive Officer. Gaudio succeeds Matt Zafirovski, who has accepted a leadership role with a publicly traded technology company following six years with Tusker. During his tenure, Zafirovski helped guide the company through multiple acquisitions and a period of significant growth, culminating in the strongest performance in Tusker’s history earlier this year.

A 20-year technology industry veteran, Gaudio most recently served as Tusker’s Chief Solutions Officer. In that role, he oversaw the company’s technology solutions, professional services, managed services and delivery operations. Gaudio has also played a central role in advancing the “One Tusker” strategy, which brings together the capabilities and operations of Tusker’s acquired companies under a unified organization built for long-term growth.

Previously known as ACP CreativIT, Tusker adopted its new brand earlier this year as part of the company’s evolution into a national IT solutions provider. Its roots trace to Arlington Computer Products (ACP), a Chicago-area technology company founded in 1984. The Zaf Group investment firm acquired ACP in 2017, beginning a strategy to build a full-service technology organization offering broad IT capabilities, expanded geographic reach and a strong commitment to long-term client relationships.

Tusker expanded through the acquisitions of Green Bay-based Camera Corner Connecting Point in 2018; Duluth-based Citon Computer Corporation in 2022; Boston-based Versatile Communications seven months later; Chicago-based Mindsight in 2025; and Cleveland-based cybersecurity specialist Fortress SRM last month. Each company brought decades of experience, established regional relationships, customer-focused cultures and owner-operators who remain active in the business today.

Today, Tusker operates major hubs in Chicago, Boston, Green Bay, Duluth, Eau Claire and Cleveland, supported by more than 450 engineers and technology specialists.
