Tusker worked with Compeer Financial over six months to bring clarity and stability to its digital workplace. The team met twice each week with IT and business stakeholders to review every entitlement and understand how tools were actually being used. This helped surface redundant licensing and show where simplification could happen without losing key capabilities. From there, a usage-driven plan was built to keep needed productivity and security features while removing overlap. Compeer also shifted to an ACP-managed CSP model with support aligned to its SLA expectations, creating a steadier and more predictable experience. The transition was completed during the renewal cycle with no disruption to end users.
